Project Manager / Contracts Manager

Experienced Project Manager Required

We are a long established Leeds based sign maker, offering our clients a design, manufacture, project management and installation service throughout the UK and Europe. Due to planned and continued growth we are looking to appoint an additional Project Manager to join our established team.

The ideal person MUST have the following prerequisites:

1.Proven experience of delivering fast track multiple projects.

2.Have experience working in live retail environments as well as on construction sites.

3.Ability to extract required information from drawings and enquiry documents.

4.Must be able to demonstrate diligent and organised control of contract administration.

5.Be able to survey and scope new opportunities.

6.Be able to undertake valuations, cost management and demonstrate commercial acumen.

7.Be able to manage directly employed operative and take responsibility for their welfare and safety.

8.Significant client and third party liaison will be required, so the ideal candidate MUST be able to demonstrate a professional standard of account management ability.

9.Ensure that all project are delivered a diligent manner, to an exemplary standard, on time and within budget.

10.Good understanding and application of Microsoft Office applications:

a.Excel

b.Word

c.Outlook

d.Web research
