Data Analyst

POST REPORTS TO: Dialler Manager

HOURS: Between 8am and 8pm.

POST RESPONSIBLE FOR: Full commercial analysis across data campaigns, agent performance, incentive programmes, new initiatives and sales strategies etc

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The data analyst is responsible for providing up- to- date, accurate and relevant data analysis and running various mathematical calculations to determine how the data samples might best be applied to profit the business. The role is to ensure data usage and dialler productivity is optimised and the required business objectives are met through effective targeting of campaigns and individual/team objectives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain and present data in a meaningful format and timely manner to update internal& external stakeholdersProduce numerical reports and graphical output for clients and prepare them for distributionConsolidate and analyse data, conducting rigorous integrity and quality checks on the data and the resultsPresentation to senior management of data analysed in the form of charts, graphs and spreadsheets to improve and monitor company performance Develop and implement data collection solutions and other dialing strategies that reveal insightEnsure well- founded conclusions based on data are optimized on to influence working patterns, achieving the most efficient output versus labour costsProduce scheduled dialler reports for both campaigns and agent activity Ensure company adheres to OFCOM, DPA guidelines, including the monitoring of false positives Recommend and facilitate incentive schemes to aid productivity1Maintain a positive working relationship with your team and other team membersActively contribute to corporate working/development/sharing of knowledge and skills etc in the greater good of the company.Contribute to the achievement of team goalsTo liaise effectively with external suppliers and internal departments in the greater good of the companyTo understand what is important to the business and ensure the company is never brought into disreputeTo give 100% dedication to the role with a desire to excel and achieveRemain professional at all timesTo undertake other such duties related to the work and appropriate to the post, as directed by the directors
