Application Support Officer 37 hours per weekBased at Fire Service Headquarters, Huntingdon

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Application Support Group within Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue Service.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Service through the development and use of appropriate technology.

Working closely with suppliers and the ICT department you will provide support and assistance to users across the Service in the development and effective use of applications. You will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation and upgrades of new and existing applications to maximise business benefit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of delivering customer support to a wide range of users and stakeholders. A full driving licence is required.
