Regional Operations Manager
You will deliver the profitable, innovative, efficient and safe Supply Chain audit function of OCS colleagues across the clients sites. Through your dedicated teams, you will provide the focus, direction and leadership required to ensure the delivery of best in class services to meet and exceed client expectations and ultimately achieve retention and new business opportunities. In addition, you will:Ensure the delivery of consistently high levels of quality service, in line with agreed SLA's and KPI's.Conduct regular client visits and audits for quality and H&S.Manage the P&L for your contracts to ensure that budget targets are met.Manage colleagues to ensure they are well trained, highly motivated workforce, with a firm focus on staff development and succession planning.Take a proactive role in the management and review of safe working practices on all sites throughout the region.Work in partnership with clients to provide innovative Supply Chain solutions and the continuous improvement of services.
You will already be a successful Supply Chain Manager, with a strong track record of Supply Chain audit services within a retail environment. In addition you will have:A proven ability to manage and control budgets.Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulation and likely to be IOSH/NEBOSH qualified.Customer focus with excellent relationship building skills.A demonstrable track record of delivering service excellence in a high pressure, time constrained environment.Be highly IT literate.
