My Client in Dyce are looking for an executive Chef to lead their busy kitchen team. The hotel are part of a well established and reputable brand and they are looking for a strong Head Chef to manage and develop their food operations. The role • With other Food & Beverage Team Managers implement the Food & Beverage business plan to achieve agreed goals and targets to hotel balance score card. • To develop food concepts for all food outlet areas to ensure maximisation of guest satisfaction and business requirements. • Recruit, train and develop an effective F&B team to ensure that the operation will exceed Guest Service Standards as measured by GSS. • Design and implement corporate and local F&B products which meet market demands and consequently optimise yields. • Motivate and support associates to maximise productivity and ensure that job satisfaction is maintained and consistently improved as measured by yearly opinion survey. • Control all purchasing and inventories to deliver budgeted gross profit in Food & Beverage. • To anticipate and implement current and forthcoming legislation to comply with all legal and Company requirements. • To communicate effectively with all F&B team members to recruit and train all kitchen brigade.
