Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm, 5 days out of 7
This is a role, in our award winning restaurant, reporting to the Head Chef. You will be responsible for:Keeping a constant flow of clean cutlery and crockery to the restaurantEnsuring all crockery and cutlery is cleaned to the highest standardKeeping the kitchen cleaned to the highest standard.Assisting with deliveries including packing away of stockEnsuring all relevant paperwork is completed to comply with food hygiene requirements and company policies and proceduresProviding support in other areas of the business when needed
The PersonYou must be able to work under pressureYou must have a good working knowledge of food hygiene, preparation and storageYou must have previous experience of working in a similar roleYou must hold, or be willing to work towards, an accredited basic food hygiene certificate.You must be able to work unsupervised and use your own initiativeYou must be able to communicate with customers
