Mortgage Case Manager
We have an opportunity for a Mortgage Case Manager to join a rapidly expanding team based in London. We are offering a basic salary of between £20,000 and £25,000.
You will assist with the day to day management of mortgage applications all the way through to funding. General responsibilities will include mortgage administration on the entire lifecycle of the mortgage, broker management, surveyor and solicitor management and instruction and complaints. Other core aspects include assistance with monthly reporting, ad-hoc performance analysis, and helping to maintain working relationships with servicing partners to further enhance efficient operations.
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Case Manager
·To deliver accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities including application data entry.
·Completing KYC and AML checks
·Monitor cash receipts, redemptions and completions.
·Drafting loan facility documents, valuation and Solicitor instructions
·Liaising with Solicitors, brokers and valuers
·Assisting where required with reporting to senior management and involved in third party auditing, including funding forecasts, originations reports and redemptions reports.
Experience required for the role of Mortgage Case Manager
·Previous experience gained within a mortgage lender, mortgage servicer or bank is essential
·Good understanding of TCF and DPA
·1-2 years of working with Brokers, Surveyors and Conveyancers
·1-2 years’ experience in mortgage lending, preferably with a lender.
The role would ideally suit a candidate looking to progress into the role of a junior underwriter with the company.
Salary: Between £20,000 - £25,000
Location: London (closest station Victoria Station)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
