Sales & Warranty - Assistant Administrator

Victor Manufacturing Limited are one of the UK's leading manufactures of Food Service Equipment based in Bradford. We have been supplying the Catering Industry with high quality equipment for over 70 years. Offering a wide range of products from simple hot cupboards to bespoke built counters they have established themselves as a brand leader in their field.
The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team in a busy office environment. They must be reliable with a good common sense and be able to work on their own initiative when required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESProcessing and acknowledging sales orders.Monitoring despatch paperwork and liaise with customers.General administrative duties.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Full product training will be provided to the successful candidate along with training on systems specific to Victor Manufacturing. On going product and technical training will be provided as the role develops, this will be provided by the in house team as required.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The Candidate must be a team player with good all round internal and external communication skills. They should also be computer literate with all aspects of Microsoft Office.
Preferably the candidate will have some knowledge of the catering industry and catering terminology. The Company will support the right candidate with all training required to carry out their role correctly.
