Panel Liaison Assistant
RSMB Research Ltd is a specialist market research company which holds a contract from BARB to help produce official audience estimates for the UK television industry. We are looking for a Panel Liaison Assistant to join our team of four. The role involves telephone contact with panel members to confirm their TV viewing behaviour together with a range of supportive administration tasks such as data entry into our computer system.
The successful candidate will be a friendly, self-motivated, well-organised individual who pays attention to detail and communicates well. You must have an excellent telephone manner and as a target number of contacts have to be achieved by time of day, enjoy working to deadlines as part of a team. A good working knowledge of Excel and Word and a high level of common sense are essential. Experience of market research interviewing may be of value but is not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will work three weekdays of 7 hours per day each week, together with 4hrs on alternate Saturday mornings. Monday and Friday are essential, with one further weekday to be agreed.
