Location: New Milton
Reporting to: Design and Estimating Manager
Job Purpose: To convert estimates to orders by calling customers. To place enquiries and prospects on our potential orders database. To receive enquiries, orders and customer communication by telephone and email, and respond or pass on to the appropriate member of the team.
Key knowledge: Competent in MS word and excel. Experience in using SAGE systems an advantage.
Personal Attributes: Good attention to detail, who can present work clearly. Self-motivated and organised. Good phone manner and will be courteous and polite to customers. Someone who works well with other members of the team, and is able to communicate effectively with all team members, from the MD to shop floor operators. Diligent and conscientious.
Total Hours of Work: Part time, circa 16-20 hours per week over 4 days, Monday to Thursday.
