Office Administrator/Transport Manager

We are a very successful Classic Sportscar Specialists who currently have a vacancy for an Office Administrator, this position would be ideal for someone who has worked in a Transport Company.

This position is very varied in its requirements, the ideal candidate must have a flexible approach to working. The work will vary from administering the Operators Licence for our small fleet of company vehicles and ensuring we are in full compliance of the Operators Licence Rules, to update and maintain our Health & Safety Policy, along with a wide variety of Office duties.

You must be local and have own transport due to the location.

This is a full time position, Monday – Friday.

Job specification:

·International CPC Certificate an advantage but not essential

·Sage Line 50 knowledge an advantage but not essential.

·To Administer the Operators Licence and comply with regulations.

·Scheduling servicing and vehicle checks for company vehicles.

·Customer invoicing

·Ability to deal with telephone enquires efficiently.

·Organise travel bookings for directors and mechanics who attend race meetings abroad.

·Liaising with customers

·Manage Health & Safety policy and documentation.

·Managing filing systems.

·Good general knowledge of accounts including day to day administration

·Recruitment advertising.


·Similar previous experience essential

·Good organisational and administrative skills

·Excellent computer skills

·Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail

·Must have a flexible approach to work
