HR Officer

Permanent  for Hicare Ltd in Leicester

HR:

1.Supervisions and disciplinaries for staff as required for HGP, HL

2.Updating and reformatting the homes policies, procedures and risk assessments.

3.Implementing new HR templates

4.Revamping old templates

5.CRB & POVA updates on sage payroll & filing for new staff

6.Entering new employees on sage payroll system

7.Payroll (wages) / Sickness/ Holidays to be added to sage to maintain record for all staff

8.HR – dealing with all employment issues

9.HR – monitoring sickness levels and holidays in the home and office

10.HR – keeping up with the current standards of employment

11.HR – keeping all documents related to employees updated

12.HR – All other employee issues and admin

13.Checking Timesheets

14.Recruiting, short listing potential clients and interviewing

15.Visual rota’s

16.Contacting legal for advice
