The BT Local Businesses form part of the BT Business division of BT Group. BT Business is responsible for
selling IT and communication solutions to small to medium sized companies and is serving more than 1.2 million customers, accounting for revenues of £1.2 billion
The BT Local Businesses aim, to bring BT to customer’s doorsteps, with improved local customer service.
The Role – Duties and Responsibilities:
Call into our local customer base of 28,000 business and assist local business in advancing themselves and their customer experience by utilizing BT services
·Landscape our customer data base
·Daily call volume target.
-Daily Sales target
The Person - Specific Job Requirements
·Telesales/call centre back ground ideal but not essential
·You must have confidence on the phone in high volumes.
·You must be self motivated and driven.
·You must be outgoing and tenacious
·You must work well with all piers and be a team player.
