Skills/ExperienceExperience in a customer services role within the technology industryExperience in a Sales operations role with a deep understanding of sales logisticsUnderstanding of Quality related processes in a technology environmentExperience in a Demand Planning environment. Must be adaptable and quick to learn and adjust to all QCT business applications such as Oracle, Rapid Response, Agile and others as they are integrated into the business, as well as effectively adapt to new processes as they are rolled-out. Microsoft Office Experience, including strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
ResponsibilitiesBe a point of contact (POC) for selected EU based customers for Sales Operations activities.Be a local interface for product shipping and ordering activities working closely as part of global team.Be the EU interface for any customer quality related issues – working closely with our global quality team. Be the local EU interface for all customer qualification issues supporting / enhancing / leveraging account team resources.Be the coordination point for all NPI (new product introduction) sales operations activities at EU OEMS including managing samples / die revisions / pre ordering etc.Monitoring customer information websites and communicating relevant issues internally.Working with demand planning to support of sales during time of supply / demand imbalance.Responsible for working with the EU Sales Team for completion of the weekly and monthly sales forecast process.
