Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Title : Sales & Business Development Manager

Reporting to : Managing Director

Company : Lawns 4 Living (Supertex Furnishing Ltd) (Trade Sales of Artificial Grass)

Market : Retail outlets to include, Landscape Gardeners, Independent DIY outlets, Multiple DIY Outlets, Builders Merchants, Stone, Paving, Driveways & Fencing Companies.

Purpose of Role

To introduce a new branded collection of artificial grass products to new customers within each relevant market. The suitable candidate will ensure that their own actions are consistent, effective & efficient on a daily basis resulting in sales targets being exceeded.

Introduce the Company to new markets through the trade sales of artificial grass. The role would involve researching new businesses & traders & actively promoting our exciting products.

All business from this role will be new business, so an appetite for challenge is essential.

Responsibilities & Capabilities

A results driven sales person with proven experience in sales & business growth.Ideally have existing relationships with clients in the relevant sectors. Ability to source & penetrate new sectors and customers.Drive & energy to ensure all KPI’s are exceededTrack record of exceeding targets.Attend & participate in monthly sales meetings, presenting results to the Managing Director.
