Aspire Achieve Advance Ltd (3As) is a training provider specialising in the delivery of apprenticeship programmes across the country.
We aim to provide the next generation of high quality IT Support Technicians and Accountants to feed the demand for qualified professionals through the delivery of high quality (up to Level 3 / 4), training and professional qualifications.
Working in partnership with Further Education colleges 3aaa has become the provider of choice for many of the UK leading businesses. We are now recruiting in preparation for further growth in our apprenticeship business – to 30 Academies nationally.
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead and manage the organisations finances at both strategic and operational levels, delivering sustainability, innovation in the 3aaa business model and longer term financial planning. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position brings a high level of responsibility and requires a professional of stature who has the ability to focus on delivery, provide purpose and direction and get the best from people whilst also making a personal impact within a dynamic and fast moving organisation.
You will demonstrate high level strategic planning and budgeting experience, operational and administrative leadership and excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. The ability to challenge and evaluate existing practices to improve organisational effectiveness, maximize value from existing resources. You will also have experience of working within the FE sector and sound knowledge of funding. You will be capable of developing relationships with external partners.
There is also a requirement to pass an Enhanced DBS check for this role – the cost of this check will be covered by the employer.
