Role description You will be working on the firm's most established and successful service line offering membership services to learning programmes focussed on innovation in management. These popular programmes help firms to get better results by applying the latest ideas in management and leadership. Participants are leaders from the private and public sectors. Working closely with Head of Sales the successful candidate will enjoy uncapped commission as the service expands quickly.
Who we're looking for A successful applicant will have a strong and demonstrable track record in the sales of management education / leadership development, professional membership or training services, will be entrepreneurial in approach and be happy for their performance to be managed by results against clear targets. Like all our team, the candidate will also enjoy the opportunity to contribute creative input to content marketing strategies and other aspects of continuous business development The ideal Sales Executive will possess the following attributes:• A proven track record in executive education, professional memberships, leadership development or management training sales• Knowledge of the executive education, leadership development and training markets• First class relationship building and communication abilities• Experience of both the private and public sectors will be useful• Knowledge of strategic management theory and practice, obtained via a degree or other study route, would be an advantage.
