Technical Support Engineer

TechExcel UK has an immediate opening for a technical support/customer service engineer. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications - B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field - At least 1 year tech support/service experience - Excellent oral communication skills and presentation skills - Strong Database (SQL) skills - Excellent customer service skills - Quick learner and team player - Hard-working and always be willing to go extra mile - Can travel (mainly to European countries) to do onsite customer service and training The Technical Support/Customer Service Engineer will work with our existing support/service team to answer customer phone calls, reply customer emails, processing customer support tickets, trouble shooting problems reported by customers, provide product training and onsite consulting service to customers, and provide sales demos to potential clients.
