We are currently recruiting a Digital Sales and Marketing Manager for our client who are based in Dingwall, Inverness. There is also the possibility of help with relocation expenses for the successful applicant.

The company have exciting and ambitious growth plans in foreign and domestic markets and are looking for someone to develop and drive their sales and marketing strategy. You must be a real ‘people person’ and be able to manage a small but enthusiastic team. They are primarily an online business with all sales, marketing and operations all happening from their Dingwall office.

They promote their products through online marketing so you having a background in marketing and sales in an online environment is essential to your application. You would need to have proven experience in managing online marketing campaigns especially in PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, social, online advertising and conversion marketing. As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be steering the strategy and responding rapidly in a competitive market. The Sales and Marketing team is completely integrated so you must be comfortable driving both areas.

This role requires someone who is used to and enjoys working in a fast paced commercial environment and can happily balance tactical response activity alongside longer term brand and communications planning. The right candidate will enjoy working in a small business and relish the opportunity to drive sales as well as have a process-driven marketing mind.

Main responsibilities of role:

- Marketing

1. Develop and manage the marketing strategy

2. Manage ROI and budget

3. Report to the board and MD

4. Manage an existing sales and marketing team

5. Develop new channels and improve existing channels

- Sales

1. Manage and continuously develop sales strategy

2. Manage and drive a sales team

3. Set sales targets and report to the MD & board
