At the same time it recognises and reward achievement with competitive salaries, benefits and incentives for achieving targets.The Programme: Main Purpose:Working to meet performance standards and targets for negotiating and agreeing new tenancies and generating new instructions to grow market share whilst delivering exceptional customer service, as outlined by policies and procedures; upholding the company's brand values and core beliefs at all times as well as demonstrating our core competencies and behaviours.Activities & Main duties:Book and conduct viewings to agreed performance standards and targetsObtain viewing feedback & complete vendor care callsComplete effective phone outsNegotiate offers and agree sales on properties to agreed performance standards and targetsGenerate, complete and book valuationsComplete prospecting & canvassing activitiesTake photographs and draw floor plansGenerate legal sales and first appointmentsLoad marketing leads to relevant systemsDeal with customer enquiriesActively participate in morning meetings, team meetings and other business meetings when requiredSeek out customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of servicesWork agreed company policies and process at all timeAdhere to brand values and core beliefsMake referrals across businessesUnderstands the importance of excellent customer service

Criteria: Experience, Knowledge & Qualities:Previous experience of working in a targeted sales/customer service environmentGCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)Full valid driving license required
