Software Sales Executive (f/m) UK

We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Executive to grow Cortado's business in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing and acquiring new project opportunities but also be responsible for a number of existing customers. In cooperation with our internal Sales Team you will be responsible for growing both revenue and market share.The position will require:

Identification of new sales opportunities and developing a business plan to reach targetPresenting Cortado technology to clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, webinar meetings, telephone calls and e-mailsBe responsible for your own appointment setting and actively manage the sales process (solution pitch, negotiation, tender preparation, opportunity close)Follow up on generated leads Working extensively with CRM applications (i.e. input opportunity pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is up to date)Represent Cortado at IT events and trade shows by clearly demonstrating knowledge and expertiseWorking cohesively with Berlin Headquarters

Applicants meeting the following criteria are at a distinct advantage for this role:

Significant experience (3 to 5 years+) in software sales, technology-oriented sales or a similar type roleB2B sales experience in the IT industryExcellent negotiation and IT solution selling skills with the ability to “close the deal”Excellent communication and “people skills”Excellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasksExperience with large enterprise customers and complex organisationsIn-depth knowledge in the market for enterprise mobility, distributed network environments, or cloud computing is an asset

Along with e-mail, phone and webinars, this role will also require you to work extensively with customers and partners across the UK, so travel is a prerequisite. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential, so is the ability to work autonomously.
