Senior Project Manager

Their reward scheme is very attractive and allows their people to share in their success.To enable their growth with new customers and new technologies they are recruiting a number of people across a range of disciplines.Candidate Profile:- The successful candidate will be an experienced IT Project Manager with experience across a number of delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Agile). - You will have a proven record of stakeholder and account management. The ability to support customers in achieving their strategic objectives is key to the role.- You will have a track record of delivering successful consultancy led projects.- You will have experience working directly with customers, including the facilitation of meetings and workshops.- You will be positive, proactive and have a desire to constantly improve.Experience:- Graduate with relevant degree.- At least 5 years Project Lead/Management experience.- Experience of consultancy led software delivery projects would be an advantage.Skills:- PRINCE2 (or similar), Agile.- Excellent stakeholder management.- Strong leadership.- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.- Strong Scope and Change Control management skills.- Commercial acumen.Other Requirements:- A good team member who is supportive and helpful.- Flexible and prepared to learn new skills and technologies.- Ability to work under pressure.- Willing to travel and work on customer site.- Line management experience would be an advantage.Training:- A tailored development plan will be delivered to suit the needs of the individual and will cover all aspects including technical and non-technical skills and experience.- Support to gain certifications and accreditations in the relevant technologies.
