Personal Assistant to the Executive team - Part time 25 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and professional individual to join us in a key role providing support to the Executive team of the Angling Trust.As PA you will have a key role in primarily supporting the Chief Executive and Company Secretary, at a time of significant change and growth. Providing a professional, confidential and comprehensive secretarial and administration service, you will be responsible for managing diaries and arranging, coordinating and minuting various meetings. This is a rewarding and varied job with excellent opportunity to develop your skills.You will enjoy working with a small, friendly and dedicated team who share your passion for delivering an extremely high standard of work as well as passion for the outdoor environment.We are seeking a competent PA who has excellent PC and all round secretarial skills. A good standard of education is important, ideally NVQ Level 4 in Management/Administration or proven equivalent experience. You should also be used to working to Director level or equivalent, able to work under pressure and prioritising your work to meet deadlines. Conscientious, self-motivated and able to engage with and motivate others, you will also be familiar with data protection issues and confidentiality.The Angling Trust is the National Governing Body and unified representative organisation for coarse, game and sea angling in England.
