Field Sales Executive

We are currently looking for a Field Sales Executive to achieve amximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company's products and services within the Pallet Division.
The ideal candidate will provide a positive, confident attitude that maintains the high standards of professional intergrity. You will be self motivated, competent negotiator and have the drive to achieve results in your field. Your performance will be measured on budget and margin sales targets.
Key Repsonsibiltie are:-
Generate profitable sales for Scott Pallets division.
Travel as required to fulfill the business’ requirements (generally but not exclusively, within a defined territory).
Manage time and diary commitments to maximize efficient use of time.
Identify and communicate cross selling opportunities for other Scott Group divisions.
Generate and qualify sales leads, develop prospects, and win new business.
Professionally manage and administer the sales process in accordance with Scott Group agreed processes and procedures.
Meet agreed performance measures.
Maintain activity records as directed.
Contribute to the overall achievement of the divisional sales budget through effective teamwork and collaboration with colleagues across all functional areas of the business.
Work in a manner which ensures Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
Keep confidential all Scott Group business information.
Interviews will be taking place the week commencing the 8th December 2014 at our Castle Dongington Site with the successful candidate taking on the role in January 2015.
