Customer Sales Advisor

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and energetic telephone customer service adviser.

We are rapidly growing digital e-commerce start-up with unique technology that allows the personalisation of cakes with photographs and a range of bespoke designs for every occasion. This exciting business now has the infrastructure and demand in place to deliver high volumes of their offering all over Europe. To help manage this expansion and to maintain their exceptionally high standards of service, a dedicated role has been created to manage all aspects of their production process.

Your role will be providing client account and legal administrative support; receiving inbound and making outbound calls from/to our new and existing customers.You will be giving the best customer service by identifying their needs and delivering the elite customer experience that the customers have come to expect. Role Responsibilities* Work within company quality criteria when processing documentation and dealing with administrative enquiries, in an efficient and timely manner.* Receive inbound and make outbound calls, to deliver an exemplary customer service at all times to each caller, as per company standards set.* Maximise productive ‘phone time’ to ensure your individual objectives are met or exceeded. * To attend and participate in team meetings and briefings as required.* Ensure all documentation and correspondence produced from our in-house system is checked for accuracy before processing.Requirements Previous experience of working in a target driven environment is desirable but not essential.* Display a proven ability to build rapport with customers. * Possess a professional telephone manner, and be positive in your approach to dealing with customers and colleagues. * Retain proven customer service experience, demonstrating clear and precise written skills and strong verbal communication skills. * PC literate including all Microsoft office packages.* Work well under pressure and be able to effectively prioritise given tasks to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.* Be flexible and adaptable to changes in legal policies and company quality criteria when required.* Educated to a minimum of grade C GCSE level or equivalent in English and mathematics.If you have impeccable customer service skills, are articulate, outgoing, quick-thinking, confident, and commercially astute individual with the above qualities and skills, please apply herein to join the team!
