Head of Client Services/Media Planning & Buying
Leading Media planning and buying agency within the financial sector is looking for a Head of Client Services to join and head up their evolving team based in London. If you are currently a Head of Account Management or Head of Digital and feel you have reached your peak and looking for a challenge this could be the perfect move for you.
You will champion high standards and contribute your experience across multichannel campaigns. Your genuine interest in insight and research and appetite for new information will drive your thinking and support your teams planning and buying choices.
You will be working on client campaigns and advising on the best media solutions at the best competitive prices. These include affiliate marketing, live events, webinars, mobile applications and broadcast media as well as email and postal direct marketing campaigns. Focusing on clients’ ROI, you will offer a full service from strategic planning and research, through design and creative work to lead management and campaign reporting.
You will be expected to develop strategic ideas and develop tailor made solutions by drawing from the collaborative team around you. To be considered you’ll need extensive buying and planning knowledge and experience with an excellent understanding of all media channels.
You’ll deliver against key objectives and lead the team. A natural flair for business and the gravitas to excite clients and colleagues with your strategic insight/direction.

·Direct the planning and client service activities for group of clients; leading client relationships, exceeding clients’ deliverables and successfully managing your team.
·Drive integration and collaboration across the Agency.
·Continue to drive an innovative culture that delivers the most exciting digital solutions for clients.
·Build a close and collaborative relationship with the agency’s relevant departments.
·In conjunction with the Managing Director; shape and upscale media planning resource within the Agency, encouraging cross team learning and people development.
·Work closely with the Managing Directors on all important client, personnel and resource decisions, including business planning and additional revenue development.
·Actively develop and seek recognition for best-in-class thinking, through clients and industry recognition.
·Support the Managing Directors in accurately anticipating future consequences and trends in order to build vision for the client/account.
·Must be a leader in digital media, someone with a fantastic vision of the digital media landscape and someone who loves innovation. You will need to have all the usual requirements for a Head of Digital / Client Services.
·Have a proven track record in overseeing clients through the strategic planning and delivery processes from strategic planning, campaign briefing, planning, implementation, management & optimisation and reporting.
·Have the ability to lead, manage, motivate and stimulate your team.
