Online Marketing Manager
This world leading telecommunications company are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to create a 'best in class' online experience for their customers.
About the Role
The person will need to create and develop marketing plans to increase the volume of sign ups and to educate customers of the benefits of engaging in this online service.
They will need to ensure they are driving online traffic as well as engaging customers to increase transaction rates.
The role holder will need to work with a variety of other teams across the business including Sales, Customer Service, Commercial and Technical.
About the Person
The successful candidate will have previously worked for a Mobile Operator and will have experience in online customer experience development and delivery for mobile customers.
They will also have:On-line industry knowledge and an understanding of consumer needs, drivers and issuesExperience of managing online agencies from briefing to executionA strong academic profile and have shown progression in a previous role
