Field Gas Supervisor

Permanent  for PHS Compliance in Bristol

PHS Compliance, part of the PHS Group, is one of the UKs leading providers in testing and compliance, specialising in fire protection, gas, fixed-wire, PAT and Air-Conditioning Engineering.

We are now looking for a Gas Field Supervisor to join our team working throughout Bristol and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

Manage engineers effectively including activity, productivity, absence, attendance, PDA usage, report submission, inclusive but not limited too. To ensure that all works are managed to achieve client satisfaction at all times To ensure that all technical procedures are fully adhered to ensuring compliance with accreditations To complete all paperwork accurately and submit on time. To ensure that field based engineers adhere to all Health & Safety at Work Regulations, Health & Safety Policies Create client specific Risk & method statements and ensure engineers adhere to them To carry out site inspection and compliance visits and to ensure that operatives comply with all sections of the relevant forms. To provide ongoing performance training to operatives Verification of agreed percentage of engineers reports – as applicable Performance to agreed KPIs for the role

Experience Required:

Able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of the services provided by the business Ability to communicate with and manage field based workforce To have a strong commercial mind and be able to make logical and well thought out decisions The ability to prioritise workload without procrastination To be able to communicate effectively and confidently with clients and colleagues at all levelStong customer service skillsGood IT skills

IOSH Managing SafetyCity & Guolds Plumbing & Heat, Level 2 & 3Domestic & Commercial Gas QualificationsOil, LPG, Comcat 1 - 5
