Customer Service Administrator
My client is looking for a bright, bubbly individual to join them as a Customer Service Administrator, based at their very busy office in Wolverhampton.
The role would be supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office, supplying various heating and ventilation equipment to both trade and domestic customers. The role will be very varied and demanding at times, so you will need to be able to prioritise and manage your own tasks in an effective manner.
Main duties will include:Receiving and processing orders from customers via telephoneDealing with any order queries and resolving as appropriateAssisting with incoming deliveriesMaintaining the customer databaseUpdating the website
To be considered for the role, you will possess an excellent telephone manner, along with exceptional IT skills and be educated to at least A-Level standard. You will be able to work effectively under pressure, with a good eye for detail and the ability to use your own intiative to get things done. Ideally you will have a background in the heating and ventilation industry, although this is not necessary. Previous experience in a similar role would also be beneficial.
