Sales Administrator/Account Handler

Job Summary

Provides sales administration support to the sales team, ensuring all functions are conducted in a timely and accurate manner, e.g. preparation of quotes, job sheets and processing reports.Answer incoming sales enquiries to qualify prospects’ requirementsAssist the sales team in retaining business and bringing in new businessMake initial contact with lapsed customers/new prospects to introduce UKChanges’ services and progress opportunities to close salesCompile sales reports in accordance with internal processes (to ISO standards)Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Management as requiredAny other administration job as appropriate
