Manchester City Centre Location (close to Victoria Train Station) Peninsula are the leading provider of employment law and health & safety services in the UK with over 27,000 clients. We have recently launched a new service called HRFace2Face which is a premium service which our clients can request and pay for where and when needed.
As a HR Advisor you will provide HR Advice on a variety of cases and will act as the main point of contact for our clients in the arrangement of HR meetings and will assist in the preparation of necessary correspondence.
You will work very closely with a number of HRFace2Face Consultants who will visit our clients, conduct (or support the client to conduct) the HR meeting, undertake any necessary investigations, and provide appropriate written outcomes. As part of the progression available in this position you will have the opportunity to move into the role of a HRFac2Face Consultant where you will have the opportunity to be involved in more client facing activity. Skills and experience requiredPrevious HR advisory experience either face to face or phone basedHR or Legal Degree Good knowledge of employment lawExcellent communication skillsGood typing skillsAbility to work under pressure within a fast moving performance driven environment.
