Graduate Trainee, Financial Services
Leeds, West Yorkshire
This is a trainee position where the successful Graduate candidate will be involved in general duties linked with the day to day running of the office, working closely with the Managing Director and other Advisers.
The role will ultimately involve the following duties:
·Compilation of client reports, managing the process of reviewing clients’ needs and assessing any outstanding information needed
·Carrying out appropriate research and preparing client recommendation reports
·Ensuring all compliance procedures within the office and in relation to clients are followed in line with FCA guidelines
·Keeping up to date with regular FCA updates and changes in legislation
·Upholding company ethos at all times
·Carrying out additional ad-hoc projects as and when they arise
The ideal candidate will have recent degree study experience in a field such as Economics or Business Studies, etc and the desire to become a Financial Adviser longer term.
Professionalism and first class communication skills are required as you will be dealing with individuals at all levels, from companies as well as private clients.
Excellent IT skills and an eye for detail are a must for this role. Willingness to learn, develop and be part of a proactive and energetic team is also essential.
