Customer Services Advisor
A leading provider to the Construction and Architectural industry are looking to recruit two Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their fast paced team.
You will be required to carry out the following tasks:Receive inbound callsMake outbound follow up calls to existing customersManage your own geographical areaBe accountable for your own SLA'sFollowing the job through from start to finishLiaising with Insurance companiesComplaint handling
This role requires individuals to have the ability to:Work under pressureManage their own workloadMulti task in a pressurised environmentHandle calls with empathyHave excellent time management skillsExcellent punctuality
The hours are on a weekly rota basis between 7am and 8pm and include 1 in 4 Saturdays.
