EMaC Ltd is the UK’s leading service plan provider with a focus on innovation, speed and service. We provide the system, reporting and administration to 1000’s of car dealerships across the UK & Europe to allow them to sell a Service Plan.
We currently have a number of full time positions for Customer Service Advisors at our Head Office based in Crewe.
The positions will suit highly motivated, positive and efficient people who can work within a fast moving team environment. The key responsibilities are to provide assistance to customers and dealers via telephone and email in a timely and effective manner, liaise with other internal departments and be able to multi-task.
Experience of handling a high volume of customer service calls and general administrative duties would be preferable. The ideal candidate should be confident, have an excellent telephone manner, be able to work well under pressure individually and as part of a team. Dealing with customers can be demanding, so patience and diplomacy are important Attention to detail and computer skills are essential.
The positions are 40 hours Monday – Friday between the hours of 9.30am – 6pm.
There will be a requirement for weekend work on a rota basis.
