We are a Financial Company with an opportunity that has arisen for an Italian speaker to join our Contact Centre based in Central London.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will handle enquiries over the telephone and in writing while providing an efficient, courteous and professional service at all times.

You will be supporting members and clients across various speaking clients ensuring that you have a good understanding of our company’s products and services. We will provide bespoke, high quality training to enable you to do this.

You will identify and proactively seek to resolve and support the needs of every customer and ensure that our service levels are met.

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English (other languages are a bonus) as you will be dealing with queries from both external and internal customers. We will help you to develop your listening skills to ensure that you are fully able to understand our customers’ needs.

You will need to be a team player as you will be expected to achieve and maintain individual performance standards to contribute to the overall objectives of your team.

Successful candidates, ideally, will have experience working within a customer service environment. Excellent computer skills are required including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
