FCBI is beginning another year of huge growth; with a solid 18 year track record and active in more than 50 countries around the world where we run websites, magazines, exhibitions and our own senior level, high profile business conferences.
Our customer service department currently consists of ten people and upon joining; you will become an integral member of this diverse and welcoming team, ensuring the smooth running of FCBI. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organized individual with a proven track record.Roles and Responsibilities:Customer billing and collectionsDatabase knowledge and entryHandle inbound customer emails and callsDeal with daily administration tasksElements of account management/Sector responsibilitiesCoordinating processes with teams across FCBI
