Head of Strategy, Planning & Campaigns

Location: London / CorbyThe Chartered Management Institute (CMI) are looking for a Head of Strategy, Planning & Campaigns to develop a forward plan for strategy, content and campaigns that drives up member and partner engagement as key distributor channels for CMIs content.

Role description As Head of Strategy, Planning & Campaigns you will:

working with colleagues across the business to produce an annual content and campaigns strategy that will maximise CMI's brand exposure and reachanalysis of monthly, quarterly and annual sales figures with relation to content usage to feed into the development of campaign strategies to help meet overall targets as well as market specific strategiesanalysis and development of internal processes to co-ordinate multi-channel sales strategy and campaign activitiesidentifying new opportunities for growth and insights from the thought leadership and research outcomes and developing new content for target audiencespresenting CMI's growth strategy, thought leadership and content to key audiencesworking with colleagues from thought leadership, marketing, digital, sales and product development, as relevant, to support the CMI's digital strategy.

Who we're looking for With a flair for developing strategy, content and campaigns that can achieve new revenue channels and great brand exposure, will have excellent forward planning skills that will ensure sales numbers are delivered from multiple channels. You will be able to co-ordinate and deliver campaigns across many stakeholders. You will be extremely savvy at creating opportunities for new exposure and revenue, adept at guiding content creation for specific audiences and communicating across all media. Combined with this you will be digitally-savvy and able to help drive CMI's sales and marketing strategy. You will be great at prioritisation and project management. You can also grasp the insight aspects of your work and can cut to the chase in turning research heavy reports into simple sound-bites that stick.
