I am currently recruiting for an Interim Credit Manager to join a global organisation for a duration of approximately 6 months. This role will head up a team of 7-8 credit controllers who are chasing overdue NHS invoices. This position will not have their own ledger but specifically man-manage, this includes recruitment of temporary staff where necessary, training staff, setting KPIs and targets for monthly collections, reporting, debt reviews and liaising with Internal departments such as Litigation and Sales.The successful candidate should have recent and previous experience of managing a similar size credit control team. Qualification through the ICM would be beneficial. IT skills should include Excel to an advanced level and you should be immediately available or on short notice.
