Derby – New opportunity for a Key Account Manager – c.£30-35k + Car Allowance. Working with the Key Accounts Division of this major recruitment company you will be responsible for managing key account relationships, maximising account potential and working closely with your client group. You need to be an exceptional relationship builder capable of maximising account values through a dedicated and professional approach. You will not be involved in delivery as you will have a full Delivery / Resource function to support your accounts. The company has made significant investment to develop their Key Accounts Division and this is a great time to join and help them realise their plans for 2015/16.

JOB FUNCTION – Key Account Manager
You will be totally focused on building relationships with major accounts, working hand-in-hand with your clients and maximising opportunities through your strong networking skills. You will have a dedicated resourcing team to handle all candidate management / fulfilment allowing you to concentrate on building relationships and managing all SLA’s.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS – Key Account Manager
We are looking to talk with experienced Account Managers who have a strong recruitment background and relevant experience of managing large contract accounts. You need to be an exceptionally professional and credible individual with excellent communication skills. You also need to be a level-headed person who can work to deadlines and handle multiple demands from internal and external stakeholders.
