Payroll Administrator

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Payroll Administrator to joinan expanding client in Ashford.

Our client provides an outsourced payroll solution to a bureau of clients and requires a dedicated payroll administrator to manage a portfolio weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly accounts.

Previous payroll experience is essential and in addition the successful candidates should have the following experience and qualities:

·Use of SAGE payroll with good knowledge of system software.

·Production of PD11’s, P45’s and CIS returns

·Strong grasp of statutory payments

·GCSE in Math and English at Grade C or above

Desired skills:

·Knowledge of RTI, Auto Enrolment and the Government Gateway system.

·Previous Bureau experience

The candidate should have excellent reporting skill and the ability to prioritise workloads and communicate effectively within the business, strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines and KPI’s.
