Head Of HR Shared Services
The SF Group are currently recruiting for a Head of Shared Services on a fixed term contract for 6 months for a business based in South Leicester. Our client is a market leader in their field and specialism with an instantly recognisable brand in the UK and world-wide. This role has become available because our client are going through significant change and transformation in reshaping the HR shared services team. The Head of Shared Services role will be responsible for leading the merger of the ER and the transactional team, improving the overall service delivery of the team and project management of change across the HR Shared Services with regards to transactional and Compliance activity, and managing the day to day operations of the Transactional Services & Compliance teams. This role will report into the HRD.
The ideal candidate will ideally be CIPD Qualified or equivalent with strong experience managing a shared services team with a strong generalist background, and experience of working in a customer facing role. You will also have experience of working within a business with a geographically disperse footprint and complex multi-site business. In exchange my client offers an excellent salary paying up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) with excellent benefits.
