The main responsibilities of the Windows, Server, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange 1st Line Helpdesk Support Technician will be support external users via remote and face to face, you will also have excellent communication skills as the customers you are dealing with will be clients. My Client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and wants to encourage its staff to improve their technical ability not only in knowledge, but in qualification also (they will pay for you to take exams). As well as a an enthusiasm for technology the Windows, Server, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange 1st Line Helpdesk Support Technician great attitude is also required.
