The main responsibilities of the Windows, Server, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, Thin Client, Symantec 2nd Line IT Support Technician will be support external users via remote and face to face by dealing with escalated issues from 1st line , you will also have excellent communication skills as the customers you are dealing with will be clients. My Client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and wants to encourage its staff to improve their technical ability not only in knowledge, but in qualification also (they will pay for you to take exams). Microsoft qualifications highly advantageous.
