I am currently recruiting for a fantastic fresh food gastro pub concept in Stockport. They are looking for an experienced and talented Sous Chef who is comfortable working to high standards.
The operation benefits from a wonderful reputation, owing to its fantastic food and service, with guests returning time and time again. The kitchen uses fresh ingredients and the menu changes regularly.
As Sous Chef, you will share duties and responsibilities with the Head Chef, and they include:
Managing the stock and GP
Preparing dishes to a high standard and in a timely fashion
Creating the rota and general admin duties
Liaising with the FOH team and the Executive Chef
Managing the team, including their training & development
