My client are now looking to expand their exceptional team through the recruitment of a highly skilled Helpdesk Operator in Hainault.The Candidate  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate great communication skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating System. The ideal candidate will have previous helpdesk support experience and have a passion for delivering fantastic customer service experience. In addition to this we offer great opportunities to progress your career and a company pension.The Role Our Helpdesk team provides 1st line support for electronic security systems (CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control) installed within the high security environment. The successful Helpdesk Operator will be responsible for:Providing remote support to end users for CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access control systems using specialist diagnostic software.Log all incoming calls into the call logging system and escalate calls if a field Engineer’s attendance is required.Manage and administer card access privileges on access control systems from the helpdesk.Complete ‘remote’ maintenance on CCTV & Intruder Alarm systems to meet monthly targets. As part of the team you will be expected to work 37.5 hours a week – Hours between 7:30am and 7:00pm. Currently the Helpdesk provide a service on Saturdays.
