This expansion saw us open an additional office in Leeds in the middle of last year, where growth has been rapid and where we therefore are seeking additional recruitment consultants to join our team. JobWorking within our Construction team, the roles will involve placing temporary or permanent staff in the Built Environment, with either contractors, sub-contractors or the professions. Duties will include business development via telephone, face to face meetings or by the submission of written CVs and presentations. In return, you will be provided with support and encouragement to ensure success. We also have a track record of promoting from within and offer exciting and rewarding career opportunities. Experience RequiredApplicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record in business to business sales, preferably, but not necessarily, within the recruitment industry. Although Construction experience is not essential, as full training and support will be given, we will also consider applications from individuals with professional or technical experience within the built environment. A driving licence is essential for the role, as there will be frequent need to visit clients off site. A good level of academic attainment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is also a pre-requisite. Remuneration£22,500 pa basic, £5,000 car allowance and generous commission: OTE £35,000 for the twelve months. In addition to the basic salary, car allowance and commission highlighted above, we also offer excellent benefits and conditions, which include a contributory pension, private health, permanent health insurance and generous profit share. Salary can be negotiable depending upon experience.
