JobThis is an ideal position for someone looking to start a career in the recruitment industry. Working within our Construction division, the remit consists of supplying temporary labour to building and civil engineering contractors and sub-contractors throughout West Yorkshire. No previous knowledge of the Construction industry is required, as full training and support will be given. Experience RequiredOur recruitment consultants need to demonstrate confidence in interacting with a variety of people both over the telephone and in face-to-face meetings and should feel comfortable with and motivated by the need to develop business by means of a high number of sales calls and site visits. The ability to manage a demanding workload, a natural sense of urgency and a desire to exceed customers’ expectations are crucial. Candidates must possess a full driving licence and demonstrate a good level of academic attainment. RemunerationBasic salary: £18,500 per annum plus commission, OTE £25,000 within first twelve months. Consideration will also be given to experienced recruitment consultants or senior consultants, or indeed to candidates demonstrating a track record in Construction with no recruitment experience – remuneration package to be discussed upon application. In addition to the basic salary and commission we pay, we also offer excellent benefits, including a contributory pension, private health, PHI and a generous profit share scheme.
