Account Manager

Permanent  for Mubaloo in London

Account Manager

The purpose of this role is to satisfy, retain and develop current or future client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth.

Based at Mubaloo’s London or Bristol office but must be prepared to travel if necessary.

Key responsibilities:

Client

Build strong relationships with existing clients and expand our existing network of stakeholders across the accounts.Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the clients’ business needs, whilst identifying new business opportunities.Work as a partner to our clients, supporting them to achieve their company’s strategic objectives and thereby achieving client satisfaction.

Team

Work collaboratively with colleagues in Strategy, Project Management, Technology and Operations to develop and implement strategic account plans.Support the New Business and Strategy teams and become the go-to person for key accounts.Work with all Mubaloo departments to develop sound strategic account plans and ensure the execution of these.

Commercial/Operational

Identify and pursue key cross and up-sell opportunities; over see analytical reporting to identify additional opportunities for both existing applications and also new opportunities across the business.Assist Finance and Operations in planning, resourcing and forecasting the account revenue, growth, profitability and size of team to deliver.Ensure that work is celebrated and collaborate with the Marketing team to promote Mubaloo within the industry.

Accountability

Build and manage an active sales pipeline from existing key accounts to ensure that revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.Plan and control the delivery of strategic solutions so that our client’s objectives are achieved.Oversee a portfolio of clients and act as the key point of escalation.Manage and report on the status of the client accounts on a monthly basis.

Person specification:

Desired skills and experience:

A proven track record of relationship and stakeholder management. Proven experience of increasing revenue from existing accounts and/or sales experience.Proven experience of providing clients with strategic guidance, helping them to achieve their objectives.Problem solving skills that show an ability to understand, articulate and structure solutions to resolve client challenges and fulfil their requirements.Presentation and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate with need to have the ability to create and deliver bespoke presentations suited to client requirements, and communicate at all stakeholder levels across an organisation.Ability to express ideas with clarity, confidence and sound reasoning.Experience working in mobile is desirable. A passion for mobile is absolutely essential.
