A rare opportunity has become available with one of the UK’s leading Oil and Gas Consultancies. They require a General Manager to oversee administrative procedures within the organisation. This consultancy are held in high regard amongst some of the most renowned organisations in the industry and so require a candidate that can contend with high standards that are expected.Ideally candidates applying to this role will have previous experience working in Oil and Gas or a related industry.The Key Requirements of the role are as follows:*Overseeing all aspects of financial management;*Maintaining statutory books, shareholder’s registers, etc.*Advising on the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies;*Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers, auditors, accountants, etc.;*Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.*Entering into contractual agreements with suppliers and customers;*Managing office space and property as well as dealing with personnel administration;*Management of third party suppliers (IT etc)If this role sounds like something of interest please apply below.
