Account Director - SEO

The client is a world leading digital agency with offices in New York, Tokyo and Milan. Due to continuous growth they now require a talented and passionate Account Director join them in the London office.

You will be an experienced client services professional, responsible for the smooth running of relationships and delivery of services across a range of disciplines for one or more client.

The Account Director will be the main point of contact for all of the agency’s services and ensure they are delivered in a cost effect and timely manner with profitability in mind.

As an Account Director you will need:

Exposure to the management of multi discipline teams and leading the services provision to the client.A proven track record of managing integrated digital campaigns, with at least 6 years’ experience of delivering a range of services from creative (site or micro site design and build, standard online advertising formats), media planning and buying to search, analytics, insights, strategy, social and affiliates.Strategic and planning skills to meet and exceed client briefsOffline experience - this would be a definite bonusA proven record with large, complex campaigns and managing a large team with multiple prioritiesA drive to develop new business from existing client relationshipsStrong analytical skills for campaign performance reporting and optimizing future activityExcellent people skills, proven experience with altering management style to suit business needsTrack record of dealing with complex problems, be those business challenges or character typesClear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammarStrong numeracyStrong experience of MS Word, Excel and OutlookProven presentation and PowerPoint skill

What you’ll need to be considered for the Account Director role:

A passion for digital and desire to constantly innovate and try new thingsYou will be a motivational leader of your team and have a calm head when dealing deadlines.Have worked in an agency for at least 2 yearsKnowledge of PPC, SEO and Digital PR and definite bonus
